Providing structural engineering design for this new 46,000-sf, three-story building that will accommodate health sciences and instructional space. The facility will be used to train nurses, dental hygienists and other healthcare professionals. catena was chosen by Yost Grube Hall for this project because of our successful working relationship at other community colleges and our wide-ranging knowledge of the design of health care facilities. The connection that catena and YGH leveraged for this project is benefiting the connection that CCC is forming with the students and medical professionals who will benefit from the project. The direct construction cost for the project will be approximately $14 million. The project is scheduled for completion in 2008.
