- Technical document/report editing and production
- Marketing document support
- Database maintenance
- Event coordination

- Coordinate social media activities
SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for an individual with excellent grammatical, proofreading, and writing skills. Candidates should be self-motivated to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks with strict attention to detail. Successful applicants must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as a with a team.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Communications or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 2+ years relevant business experience with reliable work history.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Intermediate-to-advanced computer proficiency including experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press and Cosential desired.
- Social media knowledge is desired.
- Experience with A/E/C industry preferred.
- This position is a full-time position.

CAD / REVIT Specialist
catena consulting engineers is seeking a talented individual with experience in Revit/AutoCAD to join our team. The majority of our clients are architectural firms with projects focused on commercial, civic, and institutional structures.
Successful candidates will possess a working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD and practical experience of at least one year in an office setting. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to think spatially and understand complex geometric relationships. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen. The position requires self-discipline and the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree in construction-related field (practical experience may replace this requirement)
Preference will be given to those with an advanced degree, such as Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
- 1-2 years working with Revit and AutoCAD in a construction-related field
- Users of other 3D software with specialized skills, such as steel detailing, are encouraged to apply
Preference will be given to those with additional years of experience in a closely related field, such as architecture or construction detailing.
This position is full-time with little to no travel required.

While we have a small firm setting, we offer salary and benefits of a large firm, and then some. We are currently seeking engineers with 0-6 years of experience in structural engineering for buildings.
