Art Rutkin Elementary School

Named after a beloved principal in the Tigard-Tualatin School District, this new two-story, 75,000-square-foot school houses classrooms, administrative spaces, a library, a large-volume single-story gymnasium, a cafeteria, and common spaces. Designed to be Net Zero energy, this is the district’s first new school in decades, serving 650 Pre-K–5 students and the community.
