Chemeketa Community College Yamhill Valley Campus Phase 1 Building

This new learning space for Chemeketa Community College includes administrative services, classrooms, science labs, a library, food services and faculty services. Setting the architectural tone for the campus, the 59,000-square-foot, three-story building boasts a unique stair and handrails. The project was completed in 2011 with $15 million in construction costs and LEED Silver Certification (Equivalent).
