Clackamas Community College Harmony West

This 43,600-square-foot, three-story building was the Phase 2 of an original foundation building. The structure includes steel floor and roof framing supporting concrete and metal deck. The stair is hung from roof framing elements to provide a light, floating appearance. With $26 million in construction costs, the project was completed in 2018.
