Clackamas Community College Randall Hall

Housing a gymnasium and classrooms, Randall Hall is a two-story, 68,000-square-foot structure with a daylight basement. This renovation, completed in 2020 with construction costs of $2.7 million, included a safety and seismic upgrade, a 32,400-square-foot roof replacement, as well as refinished floors, new bleachers, and new lighting in the gymnasium. The structure includes concrete shear walls with waffle slab floors and low roof construction, a steel framed high roof with metal deck above the gymnasium and areas of masonry infill walls.
