Serving as a new entry for the Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Facility, this one-story, 11,640-square-foot building provides new office space for City of Portland, Bureau of Environmental Services personnel. Completed in 2013, the $2.5 million building includes much needed office space, meeting space and a training facility. The LEED Gold certified building self-performs stormwater infiltration.
