Legacy Holladay Park Central Laboratory

Completed in 2016 with $20 million in construction costs, the Legacy Holladay Park Central Laboratory is a new 82,000-square-foot, two-story state-of-the-art laboratory facility for Legacy Health System. The structure includes concrete metal deck and buckling restrained brace frames. In order to provide flexibility of use, the structural system was configured for modular laboratory vibration requirements and the buckling restrained braced frames were located at the building perimeter to increase future programming flexibility.
