NW Community Credit Union

At four stories and 69,500 square feet, this building houses NW Community Credit Union’s headquarters, office spaces, conference rooms and parking. The immediate proximity to Eugene’s planned EWEB Riverfront will allow this facility to serve that community. Built with composite structural steel construction with buckling-restrained braced frames and cold-formed steel and a supplemental structural steel cladding backup support system, this $17.5 million project was completed in 2014 with a LEED Gold certification.
