Portland State University Karl Miller Center

This 42,000-square-foot addition and renovation to the existing Business Administration and School of Education building included a five-story addition and six-story, steel-framed atrium lobby with steel-framed stairs and bridges, connecting to an existing building. The renovation included an existing six-story building to create a state-of-the-art business school featuring new teaching and learning lab spaces. Completed in 2017 with $60 million in construction costs and LEED Platinum certification, this building created the new living room to Portland State University.
