This new facility completed in 2011 with $22 million in construction costs accommodates academic, athletic and recreation program needs for enrollment growth. At three stories tall, this 65,000-square-foot building features a suspending running track from a custom curved, 100-foot-long roof structure. The structure is made of concrete on metal deck with a long span steel frame roof structure and buckling restrained brace frames. Designed in nine months, the project was procured and constructed in multiple phases and received LEED Gold Certification.
