Provided structural engineering design for a 10,000-sf, two-story office building. Catena worked closely with Bolighus to achieve a high level of refined detailing in this show room office building. The design efficiently used a wide variety of local materials to minimize heating, cooling and lighting. The design showcases catena's ability to work with Bolighus to deliver graceful design that emphasizes sustainable practices within a limited budget. Construction cost estimated at $1 million.
