Providing structural design services for this seven-story, 70,000-sf mixed use building planned for Portland's East Side. The building will also include two levels of subterranean parking. The ground level will be retail use, and the upper levels will house office condominiums. The structural system will be post tensioned concrete flat plate slabs with reinforced concrete shear walls and columns. Due to local soil conditions, the building will incorporate driven piles for foundations.
